Changing Phone Provider

If your alarm system send signals through your home or business phone line, it is important to contact LST before changing phone providers as not all of them support alarm systems. Contact us to find out if your new provider is compatible with your alarm system before you make your decision.

 

After switching phone providers, please test your alarm system to ensure that it is still communicating signals to our monitoring stations. Please refer to Testing Your Alarm System for details.
